At MIC-ZG, we first review your submissions and then negotiate with you to ensure that your specifications, delivery times and prices meet your project needs. We then use your 3D part data for CNC machining of high quality injection molds. After the mold is created, MIC-ZG will send you a sample to confirm the details. Once the molds have been improved and approved, MIC-ZG begins production.

Sheet Cutting Sizes and Tolerances

Feature	Description
Blank Size	MIC-ZG has access to platforms up to 10’ x 30’ for laser cutting. However, many sheet stock sizes commonly cap out at 48” x 96” (4’ x 8’) or smaller.
Standard Lead Time	Shipping date is usually less than 1 month.
Sheet Thickness	0.020" up to beyond 1.00" depending on materials. Thinner or thicker stock may be possible through manual quoting.
General Tolerances	Edge to edge tolerances of +/- 0.005” nominal on the top-cut surface.
